Terms & Conditions Anti-Aging Labs (AAL)

These terms and conditions apply to the ordering of any products sold by Anti-Aging Labs (AAL) and to information shown on the AAL websites (websites). By placing an order, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions. Anti-Aging Labs is a registered trade name of Rise of the Ageless B.V. (legal name).

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on our websites will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you provide to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

NO MEDICAL ADVICE

The websites run by AAL do not provide any medical advice. AAL is a supplement company and is not engaged in rendering medical or professional advice or services. The information provided on our sites is not intended to replace any medical advice offered by a health care provider.

WEBSITES INFORMATION

  • AAL has tried to ensure that information provided on the websites is accurate. However, we make no representation and give no warranty of any kind in respect of the information.
  • We cannot guarantee the products will work for everyone trying them.
  • We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained on the websites or in respect of any error or omission.
  • The description and specification of products in the AAL websites is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.
  • We may correct any error appearing on the websites or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.

ORDERING PRODUCTS

You may order products from the websites by submitting a completed order form through the check out procedure. We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.

Delivery of Products

The AAL products will be delivered individually direct to the delivery address given when the order is placed and within 30 days within the European Union (EU). Normal delivery within the EU is usually less than 10 days. Normal delivery outside the EU is usually less than 15 days. Delivery by PostNL or by UPS.

Currencies Accepted

We are only able to accept payment in Euros.

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel your order within the European Union (EU) by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You can notify us of the cancellation via email at the address mentioned above. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, then you must return the products to us at the address mentioned above. The products have to be returned with seals unbroken and at your own expense. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. When sending back products, it is your responsibility to return the products to the correct address in new condition and in the original packaging. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you purchase shipping insurance. Once we receive the return, inspect it, and determine it to be in acceptable condition, we will issue a credit in the original form of payment. In the event that the product we receive does not qualify for a return, or is received in a condition which we deem unacceptable we reserve the right to deny your return. Damaged or used items will be retained by us for a maximum of 30 business days unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing prior to disposal. After 30 business days the item will be disposed of or donated. Orders outside the EU are not cancellable and not refundable.

Shipping Policy outside the European Union (EU)

Taxes, Customs, Duties are to be paid by the customer for all orders outside the EU. Any shipment that is held by customs for nonpayment of import duties and taxes and is subsequently returned by carrier because of rejection of delivery by the customer results in an unauthorized return and the order is non refundable. So please consider international taxes and duties before ordering.

Third-Party Links

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, AAL may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with AAL, AAL has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of AAL. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, AAL seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work). Anti-Aging labs is not responsible for the information, from third-party sites that are linked to.

Miscellaneous

The products advertised on the websites are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale. Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under Dutch law. If there is any dispute, the Dutch Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

Please note that these terms and conditions may change from time to time. We expect most such changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any changes on this page for you to read before completing the shopping process.

We hope you have no reason to complain, but if you do, we would like to hear from you so that we can try to resolve it and ensure that it does not happen again.
